BALLPARK

Home Turf. In More Ways Than One.
Plenty of people know Ballpark for Coors Field. We know it for the buildings, businesses, and people that keep this neighborhood moving long after the ninth inning. What was once a collection of warehouses and industrial properties has become one of Downtown Denver's most recognizable districts, with historic architecture, restaurants, entertainment, and an increasingly diverse mix of commercial and residential uses. And while baseball helped put Ballpark on the map, there's a whole lot more happening here than 81 home games.
For Jamis Companies, Ballpark isn't just another market. It's home. Founder Jay Soneff has spent decades buying, selling, owning, and redeveloping properties throughout the neighborhood. His commitment goes well beyond real estate transactions. Jay helped establish the Ballpark General Improvement District (GID), where he currently serves as Co-Chair of the Advisory Board, and is also a director of the Ballpark Collective Registered Neighborhood Organization. He's not simply watching the neighborhood evolve. He's helping shape its future.
That kind of involvement gives us something you won't find in a market report: firsthand knowledge of the buildings, their owners, the businesses, and the forces affecting property values. When it comes to Ballpark real estate, we don't just know the territory. We've got skin in the game.
